Arrival and departure

It provides fast and troublefree clearance for arriving and departing passengers. Special assistance and other facilities will be given to passengers who are physically challenged.

Visa and immigration
Immigration & Checkpoints Authority has implemented various measures to facilitate visa applications for entry to Singapore. The visa processing time for international patients may differ from person to person. The actual time that is required for visa processing would be evaluated after considering the medical condition of the patient concerned.
For all international patients, a supporting letter from the concerned hospital in Singapore stating the purpose of the visa application and details of the patient's medical condition is to be submitted with the other basic documents to facilitate visa processing. The International Patient Service Centres will be able to assist with such applications.
